Dental Assistants

Dental Hygienists

Brenda (pictured left), Sarabeth (middle), and Dobie (right) will be cleaning and caring for your teeth at your 6 month checkups. They will take any xrays that you are routinely due for, or to isolate a problem that you may be experiencing. They will give you an in-depth explanation about how your mouth is affecting your entire body.  You will find that all of them are very patient conscious and have your comfort and concerns in mind at all times. All three provide gentle, yet thorough cleanings while being attentive to any areas or your mouth that may be sensitive. They have all received their degree in Dental Hygiene from Lexington Community College. Each is certified by the Kentucky Board of Dentistry to perform local anesthesia. They also have a special certification that allows them to treat patients if Dr. Higgins is not available to be in the office.

Support Staff

Office Manager

Katrina (not pictured) is our Office Manager. She oversees the daily running of the office so that every part of your dental experience meets and exceeds your expectations. She is always prepared to answer any questions or assist the patient in any way possible.

Patient Coordinator

Ashley is our Patient Coordinator.  She is most likely the first person you will speak with on the phone.  Ashley is very friendly and always eager to meet your needs.  She does an excellent job managing our schedule and will do everything possible to give you an appointment time that suits your busy life.

Treatment Coordinator

Rachel is our Treatment Coordinator.  Her focus is helping patients understand their necessary treatment.  She also assists patients with insurance questions and estimations.  Rachel is always willing to go "above and beyond" what it takes to ensure our patients receive nothing but the best treatment in and out of the dental chair.
